How To Crochet The Treble Stitch

How To Crochet The Treble Stitch

Do you know how to crochet the treble stitch?  I have been using this crochet stitch for a couple years now and I have several patterns that use the treble stitch and I also have a new blanket pattern coming out in August that uses the treble stitch.

This stitch is great for projects where you want large stitches, in the tutorial shown below, I used a K Hook (6.50mm) and worsted weight yarn to work up the swatch and each row measured about an inch tall, so this stitch is fabulous for those super quick projects.  The Treble Stitch is not one I would say is difficult, because if you know the basic double crochet stitch, then the treble stitch is just a few extra steps.  Watch the video tutorial below and give it a try!

If you are looking for patterns that use the treble stitch, check out these patterns that I currently have available: Sugar Twist Beanie, Sugar Twist Bonnet and Sugar Twist Skirt.

Get ready for something exciting!!
