Morgan Tee Crochet Pattern

Morgan Tee Crochet Pattern

Can I tell you a little secret?  I love designing garments, I also love designing things for my girls, so let me introduce you to the Morgan Tee.  They love it when I hand them a crochet project that they can keep for them, but just a little more when it is a piece of clothing!  Most of the time when I crochet a new project for them it is usually a hat and here in Texas it extremely hot a good 70% of the year, so they only get to enjoy them just a small amount of the time. So I decided to start them their own crochet closet, I have always wanted to be able sew clothes for my girls but sewing machines and I aren't meant to be, but my crochet hook and I plus a little yarn will make them a lot of crochet garments, that means a lot of crochet garments are coming, here is to the first one the Morgan Tee!

The Morgan Tee is a simple to make tee but it is designed where you can make it as creative as you like or basic.  The first Morgan Tee that I made was done with two colors, I wanted to create a stripe tee, so I chose to use Lion Brand's Color Made Easy Yarn in a prism (purple) and alabaster (cream). This yarn is so vibrant and magnifies the stitch definition, it would make a fabulous chose to make the kiddo in your life a Morgan Tee.  But, if you are looking to make the Tee with a completely different look, then you can try the Lion Brand Homespun Yarn.  After one of my testers make the tee in the Homespun, I knew I needed to make another one and I was able to make one for my daughter Elizabeth with one skein of Homespun Stripes and still had a lot left over!

So grab your crochet hook and get ready to become obsessed on the Morgan Tee and make it this adorable garment for every little girl.
