- Yarn: Medium, Weight 4; White, Black, Red and Orange. Sample is made with Vanna’s Choice (White, Black, Scarlet and Goldfish)
- Hooks: H (5.00mm), I (5.50mm) & K (6.50mm)
- Tapestry Needle, Scissors and Measuring Tape
- 2 Buttons and Fiber Fill
Sizing
- Gauge: 14 Stitches and 6 Rows = 4”x4” (dc with K Hook)
- These measurements are approximated, measure head to get accurate sizing needed.

Fasten off, weaving any loose ends, leaving a long tail and weave it back to Round 12.
Stuff the hat with fiber fill to keep its shape and sew to the top hat onto the beanie.

You Need Your H Hook and Orange Yarn
Note: Chain 1 will count as a stitch.
Chain 6
Row 1: 1 sc in 2nd ch from hook, 1 sc in next st and each st across. - 5
Row 2: Ch 1 and turn, 1 sc in next st and each st across. - 5
Row 3: Ch 1 and turn, 1 sc in next st sc2tog, 1 sc in last st. - 4
Row 4: Ch 1 and turn, 1 sc in next st and each st across. - 4
Row 5: Ch 1 and turn, 1 sc in next st sc2tog, 1 sc in last st. - 3
