
Oh my goodness, this beanie was not only fun to create because of the beautiful texture but it also created a garden with beautiful flowers! This beanie is fun and the combinations will be endless for whatever theme you will want to create! I used three colors and alternated every round so that it looked unique throughout. Materials
- Yarn: Medium, Weight 4; Your Color Choice. Sample is made with Vanna’s Choice (Purple, Pink Poodle & White)
- Hook: K (6.50mm)
- Tapestry Needle, Scissors and Measuring Tape
Sizing
- Gauge: 12 Stitches and 10 Rows = 4”x4” (hdc)
- These measurements are approximated, measure head to get accurate sizing needed.

Special Stitches:
Dc2tog (Double Crochet Two Together): Yarn over, insert hook into same stitch and pull up a loop, yarn over and pull through two loops, yarn over, insert hook into next stitch and pull up a loop, yarn over and pull through two loops, yarn over and pull yarn through last three loops.
Dc3tog (Double Crochet Three Together): Yarn over, insert hook into next chain 1 space, yarn over and pull up a loop, yarn over and pull through two loops. Yarn over and insert hook into same chain 1 space, yarn over and pull through two loops. Yarn over, insert hook into same chain 1 space and pull up a loop, yarn over and pull through two loops. Yarn over and pull yarn through last four loops.
Notes
- Chain 1 will NOT count as a stitch.
- Joining: When ending the rounds, you will join with a slip stitch into the 1st stitch (not the chain 1).
