Let's talk about the crochet pattern that was featured in our June 2019 Leither Collection Subscription Box, the Llama Lovey.
I recently posted on social media asking what upcoming projects you would like to see in our boxes. One thing that came up numerous times was amigurumi. I had two ideas for this design, I knew I wanted to go with a llama. But I was trying to decide between full amigurumi body or going with a lovey.
But, I wanted a project where there wasn’t going to be a crazy amount of sewing involved. So, the lovey won and I am still loving this adorable llama. My youngest has claimed it as her own llama that Mama made!
If you missed our June Box, you can now purchase it as a Llama Lovey Kit HERE. The llama lovey is designed 7 pieces to then be joined together to create this adorable friend. Also included in our box this month was the stuffing, safety eyes and a little strand of yarn to create the “Y” shaped nose, I didn’t want you to have to worry about having to find just a little bit of supplies to finish your project.
